Bring the story and the song
to your school or library
A fish encounters new friends beneath the sea. A baby bird learns to fly. Water moves through the world. And young readers begin to see that everything is connected—including them.
Through Drip Drop Ripple, students are invited to discover the connections between themselves, their communities and the natural world—and to imagine how their own choices can create ripples of change.
Author, singer, songwriter and educator, Heidi Siegell, brings the story to life through reading, music, movement, conversation and hands-on exploration. Visits can be designed for an entire school, a grade level, or an individual classroom, and can be tailored to your students, curriculum and goals. With a rich background as a teaching artist in music, songwriting, drama and creative writing, Heidi also brings years of experience as an elementary school music teacher, choral director and a private voice instructor. She creates a welcoming, engaging and fun environment where students feel comfortable exploring their creativity and expressing themselves!
